Vehicle & Services

Ze Chauffeur provides premium private transportation services, including airport transfers, private day tours, scenic transfers and tailor-made multi-day journeys.

Services are operated in a comfortable, air-conditioned premium vehicle accommodating up to 7 passengers, unless otherwise specified.

Vehicle size may vary depending on the number of passengers, luggage requirements or operational needs while maintaining the same standard of comfort and service.

Rates

Transfer prices are quoted per journey.

Private tours are quoted according to the agreed itinerary and duration specified in the quotation.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices include:

• Professional private chauffeur

• Premium air-conditioned vehicle

• Fuel

• Highway tolls

• Passenger liability insurance​

The following are not included, unless specifically mentioned in the quotation:

• Meals and beverages

• Entrance fees to museums, attractions or activities

• Chauffeur's meals

• Chauffeur's accommodation during multi-day tours

• Parking fees (where applicable)

• Personal expenses

Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed once the client has accepted the quotation in writing (by email, text message, WhatsApp or any other written communication) and, where applicable, the requested deposit has been received.
Written acceptance constitutes acceptance of the quotation, the itinerary, the minimum duration (where specified) and these Terms & Conditions.

Private Tours – Minimum Duration

Private sightseeing tours are subject to the minimum duration specified in the quotation.
Where a quotation specifies a minimum number of hours, this minimum duration becomes binding once the quotation has been accepted in writing.
The requested date and time are reserved exclusively for the client.
The agreed minimum duration remains payable, even if the client decides to shorten the tour, return earlier or end the service before the agreed time for personal reasons.

Booking Modifications

Any request to modify a confirmed booking, including dates, itinerary, destinations, duration, pick-up location, drop-off location, flight schedules or number of passengers, is subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.
Significant modifications may require a revised quotation.
Any reduction in the agreed duration after confirmation shall be considered a partial cancellation and shall not reduce the agreed minimum booking amount.

Cancellation Policy

​Every booking reserves the requested date, time and vehicle exclusively for the client. Once confirmed, Ze Chauffeur may decline other enquiries for the same period. Cancellation fees compensate for the reserved time, preparation work and resulting loss of business opportunity.

The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 30 days before the service: deposit retained.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the service: 50% of the confirmed booking amount.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the service: 75% of the confirmed booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before the service: 100% of the confirmed booking amount.
• Cancellation on the day of the service, no-show, or any reduction of the confirmed minimum duration at the client's request: 100% of the confirmed booking amount remains payable.

Flight, Train or Cruise Schedule Changes

Ze Chauffeur understands that transport schedules may occasionally change.

Whenever possible, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate revised schedules.

However, if these changes result in the cancellation or substantial modification of the original booking, the cancellation policy above shall apply.

Delays

Airport and railway station arrivals are monitored whenever flight or train details have been provided.

Reasonable waiting time is included.

Additional waiting time beyond the agreed service may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Insurance & Liability

Ze Chauffeur holds all professional licences and passenger liability insurance required under French regulations.

Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the client and are not covered by Ze Chauffeur's insurance.

Bookings through Travel Agencies

Where services are booked through a travel agency, concierge company or tour operator, contractual and financial arrangements remain between the client and the intermediary.

Any refund request shall be handled directly through the booking agency.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays, cancellations or failure to perform the service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Whenever possible, Ze Chauffeur will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable alternative solution.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before or on the day of the service.

Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable French legislation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by French law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Services Tailor-Made for Each Client

Every itinerary is individually designed according to the client's wishes, interests and travel schedule.

Significant preparation time may be required before the service, including route planning, restaurant recommendations, reservations, coordination with third parties and itinerary design.

This preparation is considered an integral part of the booked service.
